AI Coach and Data Processing

LiftGPT uses AI to provide personalized coaching. When you interact with the AI coach:

We do not share your personal information with AI providers in a way that identifies you personally. Workout data sent to AI services is anonymized.

On iOS 14.5 and later, we will ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this setting at any time:

Data Retention
