Last updated: February 11, 2026

Introduction

VML Development GmbH ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TurboNums mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App. TurboNums is designed for children in grades 1–6, and we take privacy seriously, especially for young users.

Key Points

  • No third-party analytics or advertising are used in the App.
  • We do not collect or transmit any user or device data.
  • No data is shared with third parties.
  • All app progress and settings stay on the device.
  • The parental gate is enabled by default and protected by a Parent PIN.

Information We Collect

We do not collect or transmit any user or device data from the App. TurboNums works fully offline, and all data stays on the device.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, share, or transmit:

  • Personal information (names, email addresses, phone numbers)
  • Precise location data
  • Photos, videos, or other media
  • Contact lists or address books
  • Messages or communication content

Local-Only Data

App settings, progress, and practice results are stored locally on the device only. This data is never transmitted off the device.

How The App Works Without Data Collection

TurboNums does not rely on analytics, advertising, or remote data collection. Local data is used only to save progress and preferences on the device.

Children's Privacy

TurboNums is designed for children in grades 1–6. We are committed to complying with applicable laws regarding children's privacy, including:

  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States

  • Other applicable regional privacy laws

Important: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not collect or transmit any user or device data.

The Parent PIN feature allows parents to control app settings and is stored locally on the device only. The parental gate in iOS Settings is enabled by default and requires a Parent PIN to access in-app settings.

Data Retention

We do not retain user or device data because none is collected or transmitted. Local app data remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the App.
